Which cards can I start using today?

Punch, Reward and Coupon cards are available on Core and Growth. Punch and Reward use our existing stamps and spend-points programmes. Other card types are tailored enquiries: tell us what you need and we’ll confirm the options and availability.

Do my customers need to download an app?

Customers join on a web page and can save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Rewards and vouchers are accessible through their secure customer page.

Can I add referrals or e-gift vouchers?

Refer-a-friend and E-gift vouchers are optional add-ons on Core and Growth, at NZ$29 + GST/month each per account, covering all branches. Customers purchase gift value from your business and can send it to friends or family to spend with you.

How much does FiveStar cost?

Monthly plans start at NZ$69 + GST. Compare Core and Growth, their included features, optional extras and the available annual launch offer on our pricing page.

How do staff confirm a purchase?

Your team uses an approved checkout device and the FiveStar web scanner to find or scan the customer’s card, confirm the purchase and award points or stamps. Rewards are also redeemed by staff.
